We have always been able to get in same day for sick appointments and front desk staff have always been kind and helpful. Dr. Beck was able to immediately identify a rare infection that my oldest had when she was 9 months old, and she also called ahead to children’s mercy so they knew we were coming. Annie G We absolutely love Dr. Beck and all the staff at PPA! We’ve been seeing her since our daughter was born 3 years ago and she treats both of our kids now. We have always felt heard, valued and supported. She took time to ensure both babies were latching correctly at their first appointments, supported us when making feeding decisions and takes a balanced approach when giving advice of what’s best and what’s realistic. I’ve called/visited for things that I felt could be silly or embarrassing if I might have been overreacting and have always felt encouraged to reach out to them when I’m unsure and I have no hesitation to do so.Annie G

Staci H We have been with this office for 12+ years and several kids. Can’t say enough positive things about the office! The front desk staff is always smiling and welcoming, the nursing staff are efficient and friendly. All the behind the scenes people are never afraid to jump in and help, they really work as a team! The doctors are top notch, each has a different personality and they all complement each other. We see Dr. Filardi who we just love. She is so sweet, kind and reassuring to the kids as well as respectful to the parents. She really takes her time to listen and is a master at figuring out complicated cases. When she’s not in office we are happy to see one of the other partners, they are all great! We highly recommend this office! ❤️Staci H

Mariah A I would like to start by saying, my experience with Dr. Fahlgren has been great. She cares for and adores her babies at her practice and wants to see them at their best. She handled the circ of our first born at the hospital and has been our ped for the first four months of his life. She has excellent communication skills, great attitude and bedside manor and does a thorough job of explaining all of the first time parent expectations and questions. We are no longer seeing this practice for their stance on vaccination as we declined all vaccinations. We were advised to find another practice who supports those beliefs. I support this recommendation and appreciate the forthcoming and communicative stance toward non vaccinated children at their practice. My only concern and why I can’t give the office full five stars is that when documentation and clinical trial evidence was requested regarding the safety and effectiveness of the suggested vaccination schedule (the practice maintains the stance and support of the CDC schedule) Dr. Fahlgren could not and would not provide me with supporting documentation (aside from CDC website) for the safety and effectiveness of the vaccines. If I can suggest anything to a parent or new parent- rather than accepting all information from someone of a superior education and doctorate level degree, have a healthy dose of speculation and ask for supporting documentation to use your own critical thinking when deciding what’s best for your child and your family. Thank you for your treatment and care PPA. Prayers for the group that you consider counter arguments and counter evidence to what you’ve learned in your many years of education. I also pray that you impose your critical thinking skills and give the opposition consideration via research of the possibility of other evidence/conclusions in your practice.Mariah A
