Our physicians are often available to see your sick child the same day. Call our office to speak with one of our office triage nurses regarding your child's symptoms so we are better able to serve your needs and know when sick children are entering our office.
If you would like more than one child to be evaluated, please schedule all of their appointments together so we can allow appropriate time for the physician to be with your family. Without an appointment, we may not be able to see the sick sibling right away, and you may be asked to wait while the physician evaluates already scheduled patients.
If you plan to establish care with our office and your child is sick, we require immunizations prior to scheduling your child for a sick visit. Please see the, Are We A Good Fit page to ensure our values align. You can find the new patient paperwork for your appointment under Patient Forms.
To help provide timely service to our patients, if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment we will try to work your child back into the schedule, offer an appointment with another physician or we may need to reschedule the appointment.
A no call, no show sick visit may be charged a $50 fee.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments at any time for any circumstance such as an office emergency, physician schedule change or for inclement weather.
When your child is sick, call the office and we can schedule a same-day visit if necessary. Call as early as possible to ensure we have appointments available. If you are ever unsure about your child being seen, call us! Our nurses will discuss the situation with you to determine the severity of your child’s symptoms and then help you decide if or when you need to come into the office.
Call us immediately for the following symptoms:
Other symptoms that may appear with a fever that signal a potentially serious problem include a rash, stiff neck, vomiting and headache.
